PuroClean of West Lexington

It's been a year and a half...Completely forgot to right a review but the sentiment has not changed. We bought a home site unseen. We we came to see the house the wood stove was fired up and the gloominess masked a load of problems. It all came to light the day of closing. The house was smoked in for 39 years!!! We contacted several companies. PUROclean were by far the most responsive, professional, and competitively priced. I dealt with Sean. He let me know how it would be handled and took me step by step while I was long distance. He also made suggestions on what we should do, which my husband did immediately. There was a minor concern, they came right back and handled it. We were finally able to prime walls and paint. We got an airpurifier that read air quality. Read showed no toxins. They're cleaning made a massive difference. Enough for me to move in with my 4 year old.

This team made a lasting impression with their punctuality and attention to detail which was very reassuring to see through the process. We used PuroClean for a much needed cleaning of our HVAC systems and ducts. Shawn and his techs were responsive, professional, and did a thorough job. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work done. I would not hesitate to use them again for any of their services!
